Mudhut Email Settings.

1.  POP3 Address: pop.1and1.co.uk
2.  SMTP Address: auth.smtp.1and1.co.uk
3.  IMAP Address: imap.1and1.co.uk
4.  Tick the box that says "My Server Requires Authentication"

That's all there is to it.  Oh!  Re-read the important step above :)
